Inflators

Our Inflations systems, The BL-260 series are specifically designed to compliment the rapid deployment of our automatic deploying shelter systems, multiplying the effect of an expeditionary mission.

Pushing high volume air through the manifold into the Purlins (Horizontal cross members) and then into the Airbeam arches (Vertical load carrying structure)

And then automatically switching from the blower to a compressor unit adding high pressure air bringing the system up to operating pressure, typically between 20 and 30 psi dependent upon the shelter system being deployed.

The inflator will switch off when reaching operating pressure and switch on when the system drops below the operating window all with out intervention from the operators. Only Federal-Fabrics provides this type of operation.
